⛏️Mining

Mining was created to introduce a new form of gameplay for RPG-oriented players who enjoy earning items through continuous, hands-on progression. By mining various stones scattered throughout the world, players engage in a long-term activity that rewards dedication rather than chance.

Each mining node ID yields a different type of stone, each with its own unique properties. These stones are then used to craft runes, which serve two main purposes: enchanting attributes onto items or disenchanting attributes from existing equipment.

This creates a self-sustaining gameplay cycle where players can actively farm resources, craft runes, modify their gear, and reliably obtain Aether Shards through multiple pathsβ€”making progression feel both rewarding and accessible through effort rather than luck.

How to start Mining?

To start mining you need to find 3 different types of mineable ids in the game, which are:

  1. Lava Holes

  2. Blue Shrine Stones

  3. Red Shrine Stones

To mine this stones, you can start using any pick or your multi-tool at first, there are 4 different types of mining picks that can be bought from NPC Uzgod in Kazordoon.

Why buy a better pick?

A higher pick is not just better, it is:

βœ” More shards per success βœ” Higher success rate βœ” Better rare shard weighting βœ” Required for endgame efficiency βœ” Passive QoL via mining pouch βœ” Long-term economy multiplier

What higher picks do NOT do

Important for clarity:

❌ They do not reduce required attempts ❌ They do not bypass protection zones ❌ They do not mine faster per click ❌ They do not guarantee success or rare shards

Blue Shrine Stone

The blue shrine stone yields 2 different types of shards:

  1. Small Sapphire - You can sell them in a jewelry shop.

  2. Aether Shards - You can exchange them for small, medium or large aethernites to upgrade items.

Red Shrine Stone

The red shrine stone yields 2 different types of shards:

  1. Small Ruby - You can sell them in a jewelry shop.

  2. Disenchanting Shard - This shard can be used in crafting to create a Disenchanting Rune, capable of stripping all attributes from an item. When an item is disenchanted, you will receive an appropriate amount of Aether Shards, determined by both the number of attributes the item possessed and its classification. Higher-classified items yield a greater return, granting more Aether Shards upon disenchantment. This ensures that stronger or rarer equipment remains valuable even after its attributes are removed, reinforcing a rewarding and balanced crafting cycle.
