Food is a special type of item in the game that when used, provides mana and hp regeneration. A player can be up to 100% full based on the combination of food consumed. Food can be obtained through slaying of creatures, use of tools such as a fishing rod in water (see fishing), or conjured using the spell 'conjure food'.
